About the El Paso Zoo:
Few folks realize this border city is home to one of the most impressive zoos in the state. The El Paso Zoo covers more than 35 acres and is home to over 220 species of animals. The animals and the zoos nine exhibits are categorized into three sections: Animals of Africa, Animals of Asia, and Animals of the Americas.

The El Paso Zoo is located at 4001 E Paisano in El Paso. The Zoo is open daily at 9:30 a.m. Closing time varies seasonally.
