Guide Review - Poco Loco Lodge
Poco Loco Lodge is uniquely situated to offer the best of South Texas' legendary outdoor pursuits. Guests have an opportunity to fish in fabled Baffin Bay year around with some of the top guides along the Texas coast. During season, a variety of hunting expeditions are also offered.If guests don't get enough outdoor activity while on the water or in the field, the lodge is also home to a lighted skeet range, outdoor pool and hot tub. Guests will also appreciate the easy going yet professional manner in which hosts Capt. Jim and Betty Onderdonk attend to their needs while they are at the lodge.
Each of the lodge's rooms are comfortably appointed and feature cable television and wireless internet access. Guests also have 24-hour access to the dining room, which also features a big screen TV and card table.
Poco Loco Lodge is located in a remote area. For some, this is just what they are looking for, while others like to be closer to a major population center. However, if you are looking to 'just get away from it all' for a few days and maybe enjoy some of Texas' finest fishing at the same time, Poco Loco Lodge is the place for you.
