Always held the fourth full weekend of October, Czhilispiel is one of Texas' premier chili cook-offs. Czhilispiel always features a top shelf entertainment lineup as well. Other activities during the three-day Czhilispiel Festival include a BBQ cookoff, washer tournament, jalapeno eating contest, mechanical bull, 5K run and more.Czhilispiel Information:
Friday and Sunday admission are free. Gate admission on Saturday between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. is $7, after 4 p.m. is $12. Children under 12 are free.
