Incorporating a natural cave formed by an earthquake along the Balcones Fault Line, Wonder World Park offers cave tours, educational earthquake programs, a wildlife park, train rides and many more activities for the whole family.

About Wonder World Park:

San Marcos' Wonder World Park is centered around the Balcones Fault Line Cave, the only earthquake formed cave open to the public in Texas. Having operated public tours since 1903, Wonder World Park is also the oldest cave tour in Texas. One of the park's most popular attractions is the train tour, which winds through the Texas Wildlife Petting Park and Mystery Mountain. Wonder World Park also features an anti-gravity chamber and observation tower.

Wonder World Park Visitor Information:

Summer hours (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for Wonder World Park are 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Mon-Sun. Winter hours (September through May) are: Mon-Fri, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sat & Sun, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Ticket prices are: Adults (13+) - $19.95, Kids (6-12) - $14.95, Kids (3-5) - $7.50, Kids (2 & under) - free. Tickets include Cave Tour, Tejas Tower, Anti-Gravity House, and Texas Wildlife Petting Park.
