D'Feet Cancer 5k & 10k
Held each year as a fundraiser to help Galveston area women with the early detection and fighting of breast cancer, the D'Feet Cancer Fun Run, walk and race is based at the Moody Gardens complex on Galveston Island. The event offers 5k and 10k certified races, as well as a 5k walk and 1k kids run.
Gulf Coast Volleyball Assoc. Fall Classic
Held on Galveston's Stewart Beach, the Fall Classic is the last beach volleyball tournament of the season for the Gulf Coast Volleyball Association. Categories include men's, women's, junior and co-ed divisions.
