Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked red beans
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Fry bacon. Mix sugar, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar with bacon drippings in cake pan. Crumble bacon and mix in along with cooked beans. Sprinkle with black pepper, cover and bake for 3 hours.
